How confident are you in your arithmetic skills? You know, sometimes math can be cruel ;) ha-ha But seriously there are math problems out there that can blow your mind! Just like this one…

This Elementary School Problem has recently spread across the Internet and only 1 in 10 adults can solve it! Are you the lucky one?
So do you remember all rules of adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and order of calculations? Still let‘s recall PEMDAS that refers to “Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction.” Yes, that’s the order in which you’re supposed to execute these arithmetic problems.Don’t just go left to right. You’ll almost always get the wrong answer.
Let‘s do it!

Finally, the solution:

Is your result = 1?
a) yes — congratulations you are right!
b) no — oops, looks like something went wrong ;)

First you need to divide 3 by 1/3. That gives you 9. Now you subtract nine from nine and then add 1. The result is one. Simple as that.
So did you manage to solve this?
