Many people are afraid of snakes, and with good reason, because many types of snakes are dangerous. One Texas family got the surprise of their life when they found out their home was infested with them.
The first snake was found by Isac, a four year old boy. Isac went peacefully to the bathroom and got the surprise when he saw a snake in the toilet. Luckily, he was able to tell his mom and she killed it with the help of a shovel.
However, the woman was still worried for her family’s safety, so she contacted Nathan Hawkins, owner of Big Country Snake Removal, a company dedicated to removing snakes.
Upon arriving at the house, the expert found something amazing: as well as the snake from the bathroom, there were 10 more snakes in the basement of their house, and 13 in a cellar! Hawkins determined that they were western diamondback rattlesnakes, a very dangerous type of snake which, due to the cold weather, group together in large numbers, explaining why there were so many of them.
Lucky the family was able to react in time and the situation didn’t escalate any further.
