Roloff Clan From ‘Little People, Big World’ Cannot Get Enough Of Zach’s Baby Boy Jackson

bez-imeni-1

In May 2017, Tori and Zach Roloff from Little People, Big World welcomed their firstborn – a little baby boy Jackson Kyle Roloff. For the majority of Tori’s pregnancy, one of the main concerns of the couple was whether their baby will have dwarfism.

With the baby boy’s dad being a little person himself, there was a 50% chance that the kid will have the same issue.

When Tori was 34 weeks pregnant, the ultrasound showed that baby’s limbs were measuring below average.

Jackson was born with the same diagnosis his dad has, achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. However, it does not seem to trouble the happy parents much: they simply adore their ‘baby J’ the way he is.

And with Zach knowing exactly what Jackson is going to face in the future, he seems to already have a plan.

My heart LITERALLY can not. ? #ZandTPartyofThree

In an interview with People, the 27-year-old shared his thoughts on being a parent to a dwarf kid:

You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two. But I knew, dwarf or not, I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.

While people follow the updates from the Roloff farm’s life on TLC reality show Little People, Big World, Tori also shares pictures of her lovely baby boy on social media.

And it looks like other members of the Roloff clan are just as thrilled to watch Jackson grow as his mom and dad.

In September, Jackson has got himself a little cousin as Zach’s twin brother, Jeremy, and his wife, Audrey, welcomed their daughter, Ember.

The example shown by this family is nearly priceless: they prove that being different does not mean you cannot fit in with other people. All you need is a lot of love and a little bit of adjustment.
