Woman Catches Rare Glimpse Of Famous Pink Dolphin Flipping Through The Water

bez-imeni-1

Now, here is something amazing, something you’ll only get to see in person if you’re super lucky.

Thankfully, a woman named Bridget Anne Boudreaux captured it all on film.

Bridget was traveling along the Calcasieu Ship Channel near Hackberry, Louisiana, when she spotted something strange swimming in the water. When she took a closer look, she realized the creature swimming and jumping into the air was a dolphin.

But this was no ordinary dolphin.

Bridget found herself in the presence of a pink dolphin, appropriately named “Pinky.” She got her camera and began recording the exciting moment so she could share it with the world.

In the video below, posted on August 8, 2017, we see a large green ship racing through the channel. Then, the pink dolphin makes her appearance. She shoots up into the air several times as Bridget films her every move. It may be hard to see, but check the clip four seconds in!

According to WFLA, Pinky was also spotted in the Gulf of Mexico. It is unknown if she is an albino porpoise or has a special genetic variation that provides her with her special pink color. Either way, Pinky is definitely a rare animal.

So, what do you think of this pink dolphin having a blast while swimming around the Calcasieu Ship Channel?
