All women want to be beautiful, love themselves and attract the attention of men. They know that men love with their eyes, and that’s why women try to keep themselves in great shape. And it’s no wonder it was a man, Joseph Pilates, who invented one of the best fitness routines we now call Pilates.

The exercises included in this set can help you achieve muscles you haven’t even heard about. What is more, if you do them regularly, the result won’t make you wait for too long.

So here are a few simple yet effective Pilates exercises for a killer butt!

1. Plie

1

With this exercise, you won’t only improve your butt but also the inner side of your thighs. At the same time you’ll be working out your butt muscles and engaging your legs. And what is the most important – you can easily do this exercise at home.

2. Pelvic Curl

2

As for all the other exercises, you will need just a mat and some space for it. This exercise is quite easy to do but it’s effective when it comes to toning your butt and stretching your back and entire body.

So just lie on the floor, bend your knees and try raising your body upwards. Repeat the exercise 5 times and relax. During the process, pay attention to your abs as they have to be engaged.

3. Lunges

3

They are perfect for the lower part of your butt. Just by working out a few times a week you’ll notice the changes already in a month. Just bend your knee while stepping forward. And if you feel it’s too easy for you, you can always add some weight.

4. Swan

4

The swan exercise is primarily for your back. However, while doing it your butt won’t have time to relax. On the contrary, you will have a chance to feel it and work out the muscles that aren’t engaged in other exercises.

So lie on the mat face down and try to raise your torso as well as your legs while still lying on the floor. Tense your abs and glutes and repeat the exercise 5 times.

And after doing them for some time, don’t tell us we didn’t tell you the result would be amazing! You’ll feel every muscle you have, and this feeling will motivate you for even more.
