Toxey turned 10, he probably was very excited, unfortunately, he had no one to share that excitement with. No one came to his birthday party.
But two days later, a group of Arkansas State Troopers came to the boy’s home with a birthday cake and presents!
The servicemen learned about Toxey’s birthday situation from a Facebook post written by his mother. She wrote about how crucial such situations can be for children and encouraged parents and kids to accept invitations like that.
