Carrie and Craig Kosinski has three sets of twins and that’s pretty special but that is not the only thing wonderful about the family. All six kids share the same birthday — February 28.
Four years ago, one of Carrie’s friends who was pregnant with twins at the time asked her if she would like to adopt the babies when they were born. Carrie and her husband agreed.
Then a year later, the same friend approached them again, asking if they would be willing to adopt her older set of twins too. The couple happily did so again.
Not long after, Carrie got pregnant and gave birth to twin girls, Clarissa and Karraline. in February 2016.
The couple now has legal guardianship of twins JJ and CeCe who were born on February 28, 2013, and Adalynn and Kenna born on February 28, 2014.
The couple has been able to raise some money through GoFundMe and are now in the process of officially adopting the four children.
lebrated all three twins’ birthday for the first time a couple of months ago. They had a blast at a candy store called Sugar Shack Sweet Shop as well as an indoor play space called Monkey Joe’s.
According to Carrie, they have no traditions yet on how the group would celebrate every year but she is sure they will come up with one in the future.
Carrie described February 28 as the day God blessed her family with “six beautiful happy children.”
“That day will forever be super special in our hearts,” she said.
