Dear Husband,
Before you‘ll come back from your vacation, I just want you to know about small accident I had. I did not get hurt, so do not worry about me too much.
So I was driving pick up truck home from Wal-Mart, when turning into the driveway I accidentally mulled pedals and pushed down on the accelerator instead of brake. Fortunately the truck stopped when met your car, besides, garage door is slightly bent.
I am so sorry, my love, but I know you, with your kind-hearted personality, will forgive me! I am attaching a photo for you.
