It was a flight from Seattle to San Francisco. Suddenly, the plane was diverted to Sacramento. There was a delay, so the flight attendant asked if passengers wanted to leave the plane and re-board in about fifty minutes.
Everybody got off except one lady. It turned out she was blind, and her guide dog was staying quietly under the seat in front of her.
The pilot himself approached this lady whose name was Kathy, and asked her if she wanted to stretch her legs during this almost an hour stay in Sacramento. She said that she didn’t want to get off, but suggested that her dog Buddy could gladly do that.
Next minutes all the people in the gate area were completely shocked. They looked up and saw a pilot walking off the plane with a guide dog for the blind… It was even worse as he was wearing sunglasses.
People were not only trying to change planes; they were even trying to change airlines!
