From The Beginning Of Life Through The Century To The End. Sisters-Twins Celebrate Their 100th Birthday Together

They are not identical twins. They are very alike and different at the same time, but they never got separated from each other for one hundred years. Their birthday celebration was huge. Two sisters Irene Crump (right) and Philips Jones greeted 48 guests in the pub and blew out candles on their two delicious chocolate cake.

And after that, they never split up. They went to the same school, had the same job, got married on the same day, lost their husbands after many years of happy marriages. Irene’s husband Samuel died when he was 90 years old and Phyllis’ husband Ray died when he was 91.

We celebrate all events together,” says Irene, “And now we celebrate our 100th birthday with close and dear people!”

Sisters had elder sister. Her name was Dorothy. She died at the age of 92. Dorothy had her twin sister as well, but this girl died many years ago.

Phyllis is the only one who has a son. Carl (Phyllis son’s name) is retired now and takes care of his mom and auntie.

Everybody asks what the secret of Iren and Phyllis’ long and happy life is. And sisters answer, “Hard work, good food and the most important thing is the dearest person next to you!”
