It’s not often that Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell is stunned into silence, but it does occasionally happen.
When the Russian acrobat group Angara Contortion tried out for the talent show, their incredible performance left the crowd– including Simon– absolutely breathless. The four contortionists, all dressed in skin-tight blue bodysuits, managed to bend their bodies into the most impossible positions we’ve ever seen. More amazing yet — they made it all look so easy!
The four contestants told the judges they’d traveled a long distance in order to audition, but they didn’t let a little jet lag stop them from putting on an impressive display of bodily control we didn’t think possible.
At one point, one of the performers is in a full split on the floor, when she suddenly comes to a standing position… as if by magic!
The audience and judges were amazed, and the group won a “yes” from all four judges.
“That was one of the most stunning things I’ve ever seen on this show,” claimed judge David Williams, while Alesha Dixon told them,”That was just a visual treat! I’m in awe!”
