The bond between a mother and a child is one of the strongest powers in nature. And this is the case with every species. Humans tend to downplay every other species, but the fact that animals also have feelings and this story proves it.
Karma is a cow saved by a group of rescuers. She was brought to Gentle Barn, a sanctuary to abused and neglected animals.
However, Karma spent days and nights crying and she seemed to be in real pain. The rescuers just couldn’t figure out what was wrong and felt powerless to help the poor animal.
And then, at one point, they discovered that she was dripping milk and concluded that Karma was most probably separated from her baby.
As it turned out, the guy who had Karma, avoided to mention anything about the calf. The good people who rescued Karma, of course, returned for the baby hoping that it wasn’t too late.
The moment she saw the trailer getting closer, Karma started calling out for her baby. The maternal instinct proved to be incredibly strong since she sensed her little one approaching.
The poor calf recognized its mother and made a few steps before collapsing from the stress and hunger. The rescuers helped the calf to make a few more steps towards the mother who could finally breathe freely with her baby by her side.
