There are thousands and thousands of foster children in America that are being abused everyday. Though they are supposed to be in a system that is supposed to take care of them and provide them the love and the care that they need, most of what they do fail.
Let’s face it. Not everyone’s got such a good heart to take in a child who’s a total stranger. Yes, there may be people who are really willing to give the needed love and attention to a foster child, there will always be cases of neglect, abuse, and belittling.
In the video below, we will be shown a scene with actors depicting a very sick way of fostering a child. This is a social experiment to know who would make a stand against child abuse.
A foster mom, together with her biological daughter and her foster son step inside a restaurant to dine. She tells her daughter that she can get what she wants while the foster son can only order anything on the menu as long as its under $4. She continues to neglect him and tell him hurtful words and make him cry. She tells him that he’s a foster child and that no one will ever take him in.
This scene goes on until people decided to interfere and take a stand about what the foster mom is doing. A man even said, “He’s not money. He’s a person.” A lot of people showed they care and they will not tolerate child abuse.
