It takes quite a talent to take an official and dull award ceremony and have everyone laughing in a matter of seconds. It was almost time for the Caregiver of the Year Dinner and the host of the ceremony invited Mary Maxwell to say a prayer.
After watching this video I can say I’m a fan of this lady and it has nothing to with her praying. Oh, she did say a prayer alright, and it was a lovely one but it’s her speech that followed it that had everyone laughing out loud. Her deadpan delivery and the timing of a professional comedian are too good to miss.
