It seemed odd at first that this birdie perched up on a metal fence didn’t fly away when this man approached it, but as he came closer he could see the real reason for it. In freezing weather this adorable creature made a mistake of landing on frozen metal its little feet got stuck to it.
With probably only minutes before its tiny heart stopped beating, it took some quick thinking, a gentle hand and lots of love to warm up the cold legs and thaw the bond that kept the bird stuck there. Fly away little guy, and I hope you find some place warm.
