Super Rich Guy Pretends To Be A Homeless Man In This Social Experiment. What He Discovers Will Teach You A Valuable Lesson On Judging People

It is no news that the poor and homeless are usually treated worse than those with means. Countless social experiments have been done to prove this fact in the hopes that people’s eyes can be opened to such discrimination so as to avoid and fight it when they can.

Youtuber JoshPalerLin shared this eye-opening video about how he was treated when he tried to get into fancy restaurants pretending to be homeless.

He approached the restaurants in worn-out clothes looking unkempt. He was treated very badly as we assume a homeless man will be treated. He was judged due to his appearance and was not allowed to eat at any of the places.

We don’t want to judge people by the way they look or status. Everyone should be equal,” he said after he returned to the restaurants dressed in his actual clothes and driving a Ferrari. The difference between how he was treated when the restaurant management thought he was poor to the reverence they bestowed on him when he rode in looking rich is very telling.

Not everyone agrees that this is the best way to prove how unfair homeless people are treated, though. One commenter on the video said, “Obviously a restaurant is not going to let someone who is dressed inappropriately and looks to have no money into the place. I agree that homeless people are misjudged and poorly treated, but this is a pretty bad example of it.
