As we go about our day-to-day lives, it’s very easy to forget how much our military members give up to keep us safe.
The millions who serve and sacrifice for us will, in my opinion, never be thanked enough.
They sacrifice their personal lives, family time, major milestones with friends, and so much more — just so that we can all be living safely in this beautiful country. They do this out of the goodness of their hearts, and they are all some of the bravest people on this earth.
The young soldier in the video you’re about to see in the video below was stationed in another state, separate from his family. He hadn’t seen them in a while and had told them that he wasn’t going to be able to come home for his little brother’s eighth-grade graduation.
But he had a secret plan brewing, one he told his mom about. He was actually planning to surprise his little brother and the rest of their family by showing up on the big day.
He even went so far as to talk to his brother’s principal to ask if he could be the one to hand his brother his diploma and surprise him the very moment he walked across the stage. Thankfully, the principal said yes and in the video below you get to see the surprise and the bond that these two have.
