These Kids Were Afraid Of Their Mother So Much That Only When They Grew Up A Daughter Dared To Write Her An Angry Letter

bez-imeni-1

As children, we do not notice how much our mothers do for us. Only with time the understanding that they deserve our gratitude strikes us. Their love and care should be appreciated!

Here you can read a letter of an adult woman which is addressed to her mother.

1
“I had the worst mother in the world,” that is how the letter starts.

“When other children were given candy for breakfast, she made me eat porridge, eggs, and toast. When other children bought soda and sweets in the school canteen, I had to eat a homemade sandwich. Can you imagine how I did not like it? Only one thought soothed me: I was not alone. My sister and two brothers had the same terrible mother!

When we went out to play, we had to tell the exact time of the return. We couldn’t be late. She forced us to wear clean clothes every day. Other children wore the same clothes for several days. Some of them mocked us because our shirts and dresses were hand-tailored.

But that is not all! Mother was found of a strict discipline. Even if we went to bed after 21:00, we still expected to be woken up at 8 in the morning.

2

She obliged us to wash dishes, change the bed linen, prepare food and do other chores. Sometimes it seemed to me that at night she was not sleeping, but she caming up with even more terrible tasks for us.

Mother forced us to tell the truth, only the truth!

When our friends were allowed not to go to school only because of a small scratch, we went and got the best marks.

3

There was no rest even after school. Two of us graduated from the University; none of us had any problems with the law.

Now I’m also trying to educate my children. When they say that I’m “nasty,” I feel a certain sense of pride. I smile because I’m happy that the most “terrible” mother was mine.

Thank you, mom! We love you!”
