This latest father-son moment with Carrie Underwood’s two boys will melt your heart

bez-imeni-1

We’ve seen lots of photos of Carrie Underwood’s little boy Isaiah on her Instagram page over the last several months, but new video the country superstar just captured of her little dude gives us a glimpse into her happy home life with the sweetest father-son moment ever.

Carrie was able to shoot video of one of her family’s nightly rituals, the bedtime story, and thankfully, she was kind enough to share it with all of her fans and followers.

In the video we see Carrie’s hubby, Mike Fisher, all comfy in a chair snuggling with Isaiah, reading a biblical bedtime story about Noah and the Ark, one of the most epic Biblical stories from the Old Testament.

If you’re not familiar with the story, Noah was commanded by God to build an ark in preparation for a great flood, which would destroy the Earth. God instructed Noah to build the ark for himself and his family, and to build it big enough to hold a pair of animals of each species in the world, hence the saying, “They came two by two.”

And as for those animals highlighted in his book, Isaiah — who will turn 3-years-old at the end of February—came name them all! Listen to this smart little cookie!

“Story time with Daddy … Learning about Noah … and my heart melts…,” Carrie captioned the sweet video, and we are right there with her. This is just the most precious thing we’ve seen in a long time.

Fans agree, too, even the famous ones!

Rising country star Carly Pearce left some love for the video, and so did fellow country star mama Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, who wrote, “Eisele and I have watched this a dozen times! I love how he says ‘zebras!’ Such a smart, precious boy!” Eisele is Hillary’s four-year-old daughter.

Come to think of it, we wonder if Eisele and Isaiah have ever had any play dates together? There’s a little bit of an age difference, but we think these two precocious and bright darlings would get along just fine!

And as much as this video is melting Carrie’s heart, we know daddy Mike feels the same way. We bet in his retirement from the NHL there will be plenty more of these moments to come.

Thank you, Mike, Carrie and Isaiah for reminding of all of what really matters in life: family.
