Close to Hudson Bay, in Canada, cameras captured something beautiful: a gesture of solidarity between a polar bear and a poor dog who was tied to some rocks by a rope.
Somebody tied the rope around the dog’s neck and left him by the shore of the lake. The bear, who happened to be passing by, couldn’t just keep walking so she went to offer something more than company to this dog: she gently petted the dog’s head, like somebody comforting an anxious and sad soul.
Sometimes, animals can be very sensitive and sense faraway distress, even from another animal.
That’s why the bear decided to act and use its maternal instinct to show some love to the dog.
