At first the boy in this video — who has unfortunately peaked the attention of the neighborhood bullies — isn’t too delighted when his father signs him up for judo lessons instead of allowing him to pursue his own dream of flamenco dancing. But he gives it a chance and before you know it, he starts to enjoy himself…
Most parents really do have their children’s best interests at heart. While it wasn’t his choice at first, the boy not only gain skills from judo, it completely transformed his self-confidence in dealing with those bullies. And at the end of the day, he was in a better position to start pursuing his own interests. Well done, dad!
