Woman Says Her Amazing 95-Pound Weight Transformation Required Only 2 Things

Most people want to change the way they look. Some people might want to gain a bit of muscle, trim some fat, or simply have better eyebrows. Most of us aspire to reach this perfect ‘form.’ However, you should know that there is no such a thing as perfection.

There is no perfect mug or flawless human being. However, that doesn’t mean that chasing perfection is a fruitless pursuit. The whole point is to chase after this ideal and come as close to this goal as possible. Your mind, as well as your body, can go through amazing transformations given hard work, discipline, and dedication.

And the woman in this story proved that by dropping 95 pounds.

Read more to find out about her two tips in undergoing this magnificent transformation.
Molly dropped nearly 100 pounds by focusing on two concepts. Drive (the willpower to succeed at any goal) and accountability (be honest with yourself.)

1
She gave up on fad diets and ‘nutrition tips.’ Instead, she made a lifestyle change. She began to focus more on her health and making small adherable changes than big drastic overhauls.

1
Molly says that if you don’t like where you are in life right now, ‘change it, NOW!’ She says that overcoming obesity is 100 percent achievable based on those two aforementioned attributes.

3

And this isn’t just limited to weight loss. Molly expands on that notion by saying: ‘find those two and you’ll be successful at anything.’

In a recent Instagram post, Molly posted a before and after picture. In the caption, she said that she never thought she could fit into a ‘bandage dress’ but as evidenced by the picture, she made that dream come true.

2
‘This is what happy looks like. This is what hard work paying off looks like. This is where I made my dreams come true. I used to dream of wearing a bandage dress, I never thought I’d actually get to.’

6

She continued on by saying: ‘I’ve never been this happy in my life. So don’t wait! Make today the day you make a positive change, bringing you a step closer to a happier, healthier, more fit you.’

7

So use Molly’s story as inspiration and go out there and make a change in your life if you are unhappy. Find out what you love, set a goal, create a plan and then execute that plan to reach that goal.
