Since 1990, a very particular World Championship has taken place twice a year: The World Beard and Mustache Championship. This year’s edition was held in Austin, Texas. Photographer Greg Anderson was there to capture the action and snapped the lead contenders for the World title in a series of inspired scenes.

Certainly none of these title hopefuls are lacking in creativity. But when it came down it, the victor in the «Showbeard» category was Jason Kiley (picture 7) by a whisker. We’re already looking forward to more hair-raising entries in the next World Championships!
