Being a dad truly is a great experience. Of course, there are those things you expect like helping your child with homework or teaching him/her a new skill. Then there are those daddy-daughter moments that require you to improvise and do what you can to make your baby smile.
One of the best ways to bond with your kids is caring about what they care about. For this dad and his daughter, it was dance. It was obvious that this father attended dance rehearsals with his little girl. So when she needed him, he was right there.
Kentucky dad, Acers Gills was off stage watching his two-year-old daughter take part in her winter dance recital. The event took place at the Kiddie Kapers & Company Dance Program. The dance teacher was also off stage to help the child whenever she seemed to forget the moves, but it soon became apparent that she would rather look to her dad for guidance. And Acers was only too happy to oblige.

In the video shared by a woman named Jennifer Michelle Gaines who was also at the event, Acers could be seen nailing all the ballet moves while his daughter followed his every step. It was such a sweet video that it was no surprise it went viral. The footage now has over 206,000 views on Facebook. Majority of the viewers applauded the devoted dad for stepping up in such an amazing way.

Acers, who spoke with InspireMore, explained that he saw no big deal in what he did for his baby girl.
I don’t even know what to think about it because, for me, anyone who knows me knows that’s just me being me, being a parent. I do that daily. That’s nothing unusual.
The dad also added that he hoped this special moment with himself and his daughter would inspire more parents to support their kids and be there for them.
We can all see the positivity that this man is spreading. This was a father that was not the least bit bothered that he would look ‘silly’ dancing ballet. He was only there to put a smile on his daughter’s face and that, in itself, was fantastic.
In this awesome video below, fathers were there to enjoy the art of ballet with their daughters. Each dancer had her daddy right there and the men even rocked some ballet moves.
