If you wash you hair too often, it may become even more oily to compensate the loss of fat. Besides, taking showers too often can make the skin dry. There are plenty of bacteria on our body, including good ones, that create a protective, anti-infection layer. That is why you shouldn’t take shower too often, especially, using a shower gel.

If you go back on some nutrients, like fats and carbohydrates, it may have a negative impact on your health. Your body needs them all. Of cource, replacing carbs from a chocolate bar with healthy ones form grains is quite a task, but it’s no rocket science.
