From the ancient times, ravens were believed to bring bad news and danger. But this video shows a big, black bird in a tight spot of its own.
“A wild raven perched himself on our fence and squawked for over an hour,” wrote the author of the video on YouTube. It was unclear why the bird kept squawking as it seemed fine. Then, the bird turned his head, and the people saw four porcupine quills stuck in him.
In this video, you’ll see the author’s mother approaching a bird and taking out the quills. According to Doctors Foster and Smith, non-poisonous porcupine quills can move deeper under the skin and cause serious problems or even cause fatal damage.
