Celebrity MasterChef 2017 is making its way back to our screens and the full line-up has been announced!
Celebrity MasterChef 2017 will be returning to BBC One later this year, and we can’t wait to see John Torode and Gregg Wallace back in the kitchen again with the celebrity hopefuls.
Last year the king of the celebrity kitchen was The Real Hustle star Alexis Conran, who beat BBC presenter Louise Minchin and American singer Jimmy Osmond in the final.
The winner of Celebrity MasterChef 2017 will join the likes of Kimberly Wyatt, Phil Vickery, Lisa Faulkner, Nadia Sawalha and Matt Dawson in the line-up of previous winners.
Celebrity MasterChef 2017 contestants
Last year’s MasterChef contestants included Tina Malone, Sinitta, Amy Childs and Strictly’s Gleb Savchenko, but who will join Gregg and John in the kitchen this year?
Rachel Stevens
A source told the Sun: ‘Rachel loves cooking and can’t wait to get into the kitchen. She’s a keen amateur chef and won’t be going home without a fight.’
We’re rooting for Rachel to do well, but she’s previously admitted to not being a great cook.
Speaking to the MailOnline, she’s said: ‘I’m learning to cook. It’s not my forté, but I try and balance my portion sizes.’
The singer had also revealed she loves carbs, so we can expect plenty of delicious pasta dishes when she joins the programme.
‘I love my carbs, especially in winter. I know it’s boring to say, but running after the kids helps me keep in shape.
‘Diets don’t work. I just eat healthily little and often. And I have a hardcore trainer who puts me through my paces. I’m like anyone else. Sometimes you feel great and other times you don’t.’
Rebecca Adlington
The former competitive swimmer, who specialised in freestyle events in international competitions and won bronze at the London 2012 Olympics, will also be one of the celebs joining the MasterChef kitchen.
