Céline Dion Stands Under Giant Glass Chandelier, Then Steals The Show With ‘Titanic’ Dedication

bez-imeni-1

Céline Dion can do no wrong.

She is loved around the globe — and for good reason. While she’s given us many hits like “I Surrender” and “The Power of Love,” one of the biggest in her career will remain “My Heart Will Go On.”

Thanks to Céline’s immeasurable talent, the song was an instant success. But as the theme song to the record-breaking Titanic, it was solidified in music and film history.

Titanic celebrates its 20-year anniversary this year, as the film was released in the U.S. on December 19, 1997. It went on to be the highest-grossing film of 1997, even though it was released in the final weeks of the year.

To celebrate the film’s anniversary, Céline sang the song at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Performing in a stunning white gown, she belted out the powerful lyrics while a glass chandelier hung above her and scenes from the movie playing in the background. She stole the show.

The performance was so moving, BBMAs host Vanessa Hudgens was even spotted crying onstage! Though Céline’s sung this song for 20 years now, there is no doubt her voice is as beautiful as ever.
