Kristen Williams is a schoolteacher from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is single but always wanted to be a mother, so she decided to adopt a child. The woman paid $ 28,000 to adopt a girl from Nepal. But the US State Department suspended the processing of the documents, so the woman lost her money.
Nevertheless, she wasn‘t going to give up and came across a little girl named Mini from India. “I just saw her face and I thought: this is your daughter”. Everybody was surprised because the girl had been considered unadoptable due to her severe facial deformities. The former guardians were cruelly beating the child so she got deep scars on her cheeks, chin, and forehead. Kristen wanted to show this poor tiny human what love feels like. Soon after she welcomed Mini to her family, she decided saving one child is not enough.
The kindhearted teacher went for another adoption, and six months later, she got her second daughter, Rupa. Rupa was also from India. The child was found in a garbage pile. Some animals have chewed off her nose. Kristen fell in love with the girl the moment she saw her. “I am so blessed to be their mom,” she says about her children.
The amazing family was noticed by The Doctors, an American talk show. They offered Munni a facial reconstructive surgery for free and almost removed her terrible scars. But what facial prosthesis specialist Gregory Gion did for Rupa is simply amazing! He created a special nose prosthesis for the girl which looks like real! In the video below, you can see how both girls look like after their incredible makeovers and, of course, getting a bunch of love from their mommy. It is surely one of the most wonderful transformations ever.
