Actor and comedian Kevin Hart took a stand and challenged other celebrities to donate and find it in their hearts to assist those in need. He donated $25,000 and urged his friends to do the same.
Then, the Kardashian family accepted Kevin’s challenge — and sweetened the pot by a lot.
Several members of the Kardashian family, including mom, Kris, and her eldest daughters, Kim and Khloe, took to social media to announce their hefty donation to the Red Cross.

When the Kardashians heard about Kevin Hart’s challenge for celebrities to donate $25,000 to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey, they knew something had to be done.
With the devastation growing, they all figured out a way to help. Then, they announced just what their deed was going to be on social media.
Matriarch Kris Jenner posted a photo on Instagram to show her support and accept Kevin’s challenge. She revealed that the Kardashian family would be donating a whopping $500,000 to the Red Cross in order to help hurricane Harvey victims.
Khloe responded to Kevin’s original tweet with the same kind of announcement as well.
Kim took part as well, including the names of the organizations she and her family members chose to donate to. She asked all of her followers to help out too.
There’s no doubt that this famous family used their name for good. With a $500,000 donation going to families in need, it can’t get any better than that!
A donation like this will go a long way and help as many families as possible.
