Laura and Dean set up a baby monitor after their 18-month-old son Sebastian tried to climb out of his cot.
One evening, while checking the footage, Laura was shocked to see a strange shape lying next to him. The shape looked like a small, child-like figure.
The freaked-out parents hoped it was just the teddy bear Sebastian sometimes brings into bed. Dean ran upstairs hoping to find the stuffed animal, but instead found Sebastian sleeping alone.
Downstairs, Laura called out and said the shape remained on the monitor and changed positions.
Laura called her sister on Skype, but she couldn’t see anything strange in Sebastian’s cot. This went on until 1:30 a.m., when the “ghost child” disappeared once Laura went to feed Sebastian.
Though this is the most clear sign of paranormal activity for the family, this is not their first paranormal experience. Laura says she often hears noises in the house and sees pictures on the wall turned upside down.
She also claims Sebastian frequently stares at the corners and waves at things that are not there.
“We see orbs all the time and I have spotted on shadows in the background of photos in the past,” she says.
But whatever the strange figure in Sebastian’s cot, it didn’t seem to phase him. He slept soundly through the night.
