Meet Abi Flynn from Brighton! The 27-year-old professional singer was diagnosed with cancer in September, but despite her serious illness, the woman continues to live her life to the fullest. Abi says she is using her passion to fight her Hodgkin Lymphoma. Singing helps her stay strong through her treatment. The talented woman posts videos of herself singing from the hospital bed on the Internet. Her clips have caused Abi to get hundreds of messages of support from all over the world. The singer believes that these letters gave her enough strength to keep battling her disease.
Abi recalled: “I was really scared but all I knew to do was sing and so I went straight down to the beach, had a drink and sang and as I did I thought “you’re going to do this, you’re going to be ok.” I wanted to try to show people they can still live their life through adversity.”
