Doing the right thing isn’t always easy. Especially when a person doing bad things thinks they are right.
However, a young cashier attendant from Minnesota, stepped in when he saw the injustise was taking place.
The situation was rather complicated. Pursak was working at the cash register of a popular fast food store in the US, when he suddenly noticed that his next customer, an elderly blind man, had dropped a 20 dollar bill from his pocket. The woman who was near the man bent down to pick up the money, but instead of giving it back to him, she put it in her purse.
Joey hesitated for a second, but decided to act. First, he calmly asked the woman to give back the 20 dollars. When she refused, he asked her to leave the restaurant. After confronting the woman and being repeatedly insulted, the blind man thanked the young man, but Joey decided he hadn’t done enough, took out 20 dollars of his own money, and gave it to the man.
