Success can be sweeter than revenge. Betsy Ayala, 34 y.o., caught her husband cheating on her. His infidelity made her change her life completely.
By that moment, Ayala had just had a daughter Isabella. In her interview for DailyMailUK the woman confessed that she had hardly known what to do with her life alone with a little baby.
When Ayala had a daughter in 2013, she weighed about 119 kilos!
The woman tried hard and managed to lose 27 kg, but then the tragedy happened. Everything went to pieces, when she caught her husband cheating.
“I have been with him since my 17 years old and gave most of my life to our relationship”, Betsy says. The thing is that two days after Christmas the woman found some compromising text exchange between her husband and his colleague. In this messages he called his wife a “fat cow”!Not only was Betsy betrayed, but humiliated too.
Ayala filed for divorce and decided to change her life completely. She wanted to do it for herself, rather than for men.
“I was crying after workouts, but I was determined to change for the sake of me and my daughter”
New page began with light workouts 3 times a week. Then gym classes were added. Ayala ended up doing sports 6 times a week and watching her protein intake.
“I always want to eat when I am nervoius, but I had to learn to say ‘no’. Otherwise I’d gain weight all over again. Now I think, that my husband’s infidelity was a sort of an impulse. If he hadn’t betrayed me, I would have never revamp myself”
Betsy’s current weight is 72 kg, and she is totally happy with her appearance now. Infidelity from the past no longer disturbs her, as she is living for today and tomorrow, which are bound to be better than yesterday!
“I believe, sometimes, you should just stand up and fight for yourself”
The happy woman lives with her beautiful daughter in Houston, Texas. Betsy confessed, that she forgave her husband, and lets him see the daughter. To Ayala, he is just a friend.
“I love life, I believe in family, forgiveness, compassion and love. That’s just me”
This is the story of our heroine. At times, something, that seems to be destructive, can be an impulse for something better. Love yourself
