Aunts are an important part of many families because of the love that they provide. Often, aunts treat their brother or sister’s children like their own, showering them with affection at any opportunity.
Some of my best memories feature my aunts. From visiting my dad’s sister and her adorably fat cat in New York City to singing country songs in the car with my mom’s sister, I could always count on a good time when my aunts were involved. Though both of my aunts live far away now, I cherish whatever time we are able to spend together on holidays and special occasions.
