Stranger Secretly Bought Wedding Ring For Military Couple. Only 10 Years Later, They Recognized A Famous Actor In That Stranger!

bez-imeni-1

Back in 2004, Kyle and Kristen Upham were shopping for an engagement ring in a jewelry store in Santa Barbara, California. The man had just returned from his first deployment from Iraq and didn’t want to wait for another one to tie the know with Kristen.

“I noticed there was someone else in (the store) but didn’t give it much thought, and we started looking at rings,” Kristen detailed. “(Kyle) kept wanting me to go bigger, and I kept saying, ‘No look at the prices.’”

That gorgeous diamond ring was $9000. Then, that other person at the store engaged in the couple’s dialog.

“When we were talking, we exchanged names (and) kind of talked about what each of us did,” the military man recalled.

“When he found out Kyle had just come back, I remember seeing the look on his face, it kind of transformed,” Kristen added.

After a small talk with the stranger, the couple left. But later they received a call and were asked to return to the store.

“One of the ladies came out holding a bag and just simply said, ‘Here’s your ring,’” said Mrs. Upham.

The perfect stranger was Paul Walker and the store’s staff kept his act of kindness in secret for more than 10 years. It was the actor’s tragic death that made employee Irene King let the world know Paul’s true character.
“His real life speaks volumes of his character. He really did put his money where his mouth is and did good for this world,” Mrs. Upham added.
