Nowadays, many people are selfish or just lazy to come to the aid of others. It is especially sad when someone clearly sees a person in need or even in danger and passes by. However, this teenager has proved there are still kind and thoughtful people out there, and age doesn’t matter at all when it comes to a moral duty. If there were more people like this 17-year-old guy, this world would be a better place, but today, his act is considered heroic. Anyways, we are deeply thankful to this teen, Cameron Cook, because his brave actions saved the life of a little girl.
One day, Cameron was shopping with his mom at their local Target outside Boston. While walking through the supermarket, the guy noticed a man who looked very suspicious. The thing that caught his attention first was the “demonic look” in the man’s eye. Then, Cameron realized that he was staring at a young girl and started approaching her. When the teen and his mom moved closer to the man, they could smell liquor and Cameron noticed he was “grabbing” himself.
