In a video that has caught the attention of many and inspired thousands, a woman and her surgical team participated in an awesome pre-surgery flash mob dance.

The video of Deborah Cohan who was about to be operated on for breast cancer has gone viral on Youtube with hundreds of thousands of views.

Just looking at the video, it is almost unbelievable that this is a woman about to undergo surgery. She is seen dancing, smiling and laughing with a group of surgeons and anesthesiologists before she had to have double mastectomy surgery.

Deborah reportedly requested that her friends and family record themselves dancing to Beyonce’s hit, “Get Me Bodied” which was also her choice for her pre-surgery dance party.

Nothing brings me greater joy than catalysing others to dance, move, be in their bodies,” Deborah said of the experience.

Not only has the video entertained people, it has also inspired many that are struggling with cancer.

An internet user who felt touched by Deborah’s fun-loving spirit said in a comment, “I’m going through Cancer right now (Leukaemia). You have no idea how your video just made feel! God bless you.”

Most people were just simply awed by her bravery and had nothing but best wishes for Deborah.
