This literally brought tears to my eyes. The mere thought that someone could be so ruthless to abandon a newborn puppy on the side of the road just makes me feel so sad. At birth, puppies are blind, toothless, and unable to maintain their own body temperature. They require a lot of love, care and support of their mothers to survive.
